German 1 to 1 Business

These German lessons are driven towards people who have a requirement to learn German to bolster their work output. For novices, you will find it useful to learn basic greetings and business etiquette; and once you have become more proficient then reading and writing will come to the fore. Typical students include those concerned with import/export, those seeking work in multinational companies, international negotiations, and anyone working with international colleagues or administration. Even on our most rudimentary beginners lesson, students can expect to finish the lesson with decent telephone and e-mail German, as well as a good enough grip on the language for a short trip to the country.

German Group Lessons

The German lessons are also available for 2 or more people studying together (Two-to-One German Lesson or Small Group In-Company German Lesson). All participants must have the same level, the same business or general language needs and be able to study at the same time in the same location. The booking must be made for all participants at the same time. Listen & Learn do not recommend group classes of more than 6-8 people although In-Company Taster German Lessons can be run with up to 12 people.

German nouns change form depending on how they are used - there are three genders, four cases and both singular and plural, making a maximum of 24 different forms per noun

Riverside

Located in the center of Southern California's Inland Empire, Riverside California is city where the California citrus industry was born. But what was once the home of miles and miles of orange groves, is now the home base of thriving technology businesses, luxury homes and a diverse population that represents the changes the Los Angeles area has seen over the past five decades. Although congested traffic keeps some areas more densely packed than others, there is still room for growth in Riverside. The area has historically enjoyed some of the lowest real estate prices in the California market leading to a spurt in home sales that brought more people and consumer-based businesses to the area. The Mexican-American population in this city of 300,000 people is large with almost half the residents speaking Spanish as their first language.
