These lessons in Italian are wider-ranging in their nature, and are driven towards students who have a variety of differing needs. All beginner students will expect to study enough survival Italian to get them through a short visit to the country, those staying on with the lesson can progress differently, depending on their individual requests and requirements. Whether you are buying property in a foreign country, married to a foreign national, planning a round-the-world trip, interested in Italian history and culture, or if you simply want to attain a particular level of Italian, this is the choice for you.
Italian lessons of this type are aimed towards those that need to learn Italian to aid them with their employment. For those just starting out, it is integral to learn basic greetings and business etiquette; and reading and writing can be adopted once the simple precepts are out of the way. Success has come from students who are involved in import/export, international negotiations and acquisitions, those seeking jobs in multinational companies, and those working with foreign colleagues, academia and bureaucracy. Just our most basic beginners lesson will have the student finishing the lesson with basic telephone/e-mail skills in Italian, as well as survival Italian should a short stay in the country be needed.
The Italian lessons are also available for 2 or more people studying together (Two-to-One Italian Lesson or Small Group In-Company Italian Lesson). All participants must have the same level, the same business or general language needs and be able to study at the same time in the same location. The booking must be made for all participants at the same time. Listen & Learn do not recommend group classes of more than 6-8 people although In-Company Taster Italian Lessons can be run with up to 12 people.

Tampa
If you find yourself on the west coast of Florida, in the heart of Hillsborough County, head on over to the place they call 'Cigar City' and you'll be soaking up the rays in Tampa. Lucky it also goes by the name of the 'Sunshine City'! Tampa is also characterized by the potential that it offers language learners, for there's opportunities abound for studying a new language or keeping in practice with a language you have previously mastered. Almost a quarter of Tampa's residents speak a first language other than English, which means that if you fancy picking up some Spanish, French, or Italian, chances are you'll be able to converse with native speakers in your everyday life. Whether it's for business, enjoyment or ancestry - there has never been a better time to begin learning another language in Tampa!
