Your colleagues and yourself can be trained by our native-speaking fully-qualified Urdu tutors at a time and location to suit you. Classes can take place any day, even weekends, and can happen in the morning, afternoon or evening. If the case may be that your home or office is not convenient, there is always the option to take your classes at the office of your teacher. Study books for the lesson are provided.
Urdu lessons of this type are broader and are aimed towards students with a variety of requirements. While all beginner level students will cover survival Urdu - needed for short visits to countries where English isn't widely spoken, or if you wish to 'go local'; those studying Urdu usually go in different directions at this point, depending on what they need. Those who have benefitted from these Urdu classes have been those investing in or buying property overseas, those married to overseas nationals, people setting off on a round-the-world trip, enthusiasts in Urdu culture, and those enthusiastic to pass a specific exam in Urdu.
These Urdu lessons are driven towards people who have a requirement to learn Urdu to bolster their work output. For novices, you will find it useful to learn basic greetings and business etiquette; and once you have become more proficient then reading and writing will come to the fore. Typical students include those concerned with import/export, those seeking work in multinational companies, international negotiations, and anyone working with international colleagues or administration. Even on our most rudimentary beginners lesson, students can expect to finish the lesson with decent telephone and e-mail Urdu, as well as a good enough grip on the language for a short trip to the country.
If there are 2 or more of you with the same level of Urdu, the same targets within the language, and be able to study at the same time and location, then you'll be happy to know that these Urdu lessons can also be made available for Two-to-One Urdu Lessons or Small Group In-Company Urdu Lessons. Listen & Learn do not generally recommend classes of more than 6-8 people, although Taster lessons in Urdu can run with up to 12 people. Bookings must be made for all participants at the same time.

Fort Wayne
Named after General Mad Anthony Wayne, a hero of the Revolutionary War, Fort Wayne, Indiana is one of the largest cities in the state. Once the home of prominent companies such as General Electric, Westinghouse and International Harvester, Fort Wayne suffered through some tough times during the 1980's and 1990's. Since then, the city has experienced a rebirth thanks to a diverse numbers of businesses that have seen the potential of the location and its residents. Currently, there are a number of healthcare, defense and security companies in Fort Wayne that do a portion of their business overseas. Therefore, to make an impact at these fast-growing companies, Fort Wayne residents would be well-served to learn one or more foreign language. A foreign language can take people beyond their own borders and into a world of limitless possibilities.
