Holler and Swaller!
(interjection) Cheers!

It is a fun phrase to be said when drinking.

Jacob: Happy birthday bud!  Here’s to a great night.  Holler and swaller!

Marlon: Yeah!  Thanks dude.

Jacob: Come on guys, drink up – on to the next bar!

Jake: Come on ladies, holler and swaller!

It comes from the words holler, which is similar to scream and shout, and swallow.  So it literally means shout and drink.  It is meant to be a lively way of toasting when drinking alcohol.

This YouTube video was made in a well known Nashville bar with the name Holler and Swaller.
