(verb) Paying close attention to someone

Used to show that someone is staring at someone or something.

Marcus: Man, I can’t wait for the music festival this weekend.

DeRon: There’s gonna be fine ass honeys everywhere!

Marcus: True dat!  We’ll be goosin’ all day!

“Goosin’” is a term used to describe when someone is really craning their neck to see someone or something.  The term was coined because of the length and flexibility of a goose’s neck.  When someone is stretching their neck out and straining to see what is going on, they are said to be “goosin’”.
