GERMAN Lessons

German Lessons in Toronto

German is the mother tongue of some of the world's most influential thinkers and writers, including Nietzsche, Humboldt, Marx, and Kant, so learning the language can give you access to their works in their original language. If you are looking to study German at your own pace and according to your own schedule, then contact us Listen & Learn today. Our native-speaking instructors will design a course that suits your needs and abilities and will help you achieve your learning goals quickly. And, if you are lacking the motivation to get started, you should consider that, though the German language is infamous for using some complex grammar, that’s not always the case. For example, many languages (like English or Spanish) have more than one tense expressing the present time while German has only one. So, maybe learning the language isn’t as difficult as you’d assumed and fluency is closer than you think!

Learning German will come in handy in Toronto, especially, as there are dozens of companies of German origin (like SoundHound, Lufthansa or Leitner) looking to hire bilingual speakers. Start studying German and give your CV a boost and get hired by one of these international businesses! Also, with more than 30,000 German speakers living in Toronto, you’ll always find opportunities to practice the language. For example, why not join the German Meetup Toronto to socialize while improving your skills?

Get in touch with Listen & Learn today and get to know more about our personalized German lessons. Soon, you’ll be watching popular movies and series like Dark in German without any subtitles!
