Gmail’s virtual keyboards

Good news for those of you who use Gmail as your email client – they’ve added a bunch of virtual keyboards!

Why is this interesting? Because if you’re trying to write an email in Russian, you can now write it using the Cyrillic alphabet using one of the virtual keyboards. You can even click between languages, so if you want to write to your Russian classmates in Houston followed by your Chinese class in Chicago, it’s really easy to do.

To try out the keyboards, check the box next to Enable input tools under Language in Settings. For more information, see the Gmail blog.
